My name is Jitka and I have been a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach for almost a decade.  What brought me here was the first moment when I found out that I was pregnant. That moment changed my life. All of the sudden I had another responsibility for a new life that was growing inside of me! I changed my diet and I have become more active. I knew I had to get stronger to be ready for the delivery time.  

After giving birth, I had a much faster recovery and I had more energy to take care of my newborn son. Most of you moms will know what I'm referring to! I was able to bounce right back and even fit into my old clothes.  I kept active and stayed healthy. I liked the feeling that I was experiencing and I wanted to share it with everyone. It was the first time that the idea of become a personal trainer came to me.

Once my son grew older, I had more time and I found a program that taught me about Nutrition vs Diet, Muscle and Joint function as well the Skeletal anatomy of our body. I graduated  AAPT (American Academy of Personal Training, NY) and I am a Certified Personal Trainer by the NYS Board of Education. In addition, I'm also certified in Pre and Post Natal Training as well as training  Children and I have worked for several years at Crunch Fitness.
